April Gathering this Saturday at Historic McMahan Chapel!

We’ve just celebrated Easter and the resurrection of our Lord.

Now let’s get together and celebrate our Fourth Day!

The East Texas Emmaus Community Gathering is this Saturday April 26th at McMahan Chapel, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Soup and salad will be served by Reunion Groups from churches in the area! Potluck NOT needed!

Worship and Fourth Day speaker to follow.

If you are involved in any of these – REMEMBER these meetings earlier in the day:

1:00 p.m. – Chrysalis planning group – if you are willing to help energize Chrysalis – the high school version of the Walk to Emmaus – be there for this meeting!

2:00 p.m. – ETEC Board Meeting

4:00 p.m. – Sponsorship Training. Remember – you must have this training to be eligible to sponsor a Pilgrim! Come for your first training, or for a refresher!

Directions to McMahan Chapel from Lufkin: From the east Loop & Hwy 103 in Lufkin travel East 30 miles to Hwy 147. Turn left (North) onto Hwy 147. Travel north 11 miles to the red light at the Square ( courthouse ). Turn right going East on Hwy 21, traveling 9.5 miles to Spur 35. Watch for Historical signs directing you to turn right onto Spur 35. The Chapel is at the end of the paved road (2 miles). From Nacogdoches: From the east Loop & Hwy 21, travel approximately 30 miles East to the intersection of Hwy 96 and Hwy 21 in San Augustine. Continuing on Hwy 21 travel approximately 10 miles to Spur 35, turning right (south).
